(hereinafter "Glasrrisum," "we," "us," or "our"), a non-profit civil association duly constituted under the laws of Mexico, with registered address at Avenida Avila Camacho 286, Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico, is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through the website glasrrisumx.com and through its educational activities. Legal Framework

This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP), published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on 5 July 2010, and its Reglamento published on 21 December 2011. It is also consistent with the Lineamientos del Aviso de Privacidad issued by the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI). Personal data is processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and accountability established in Article 6 of the LFPDPPP.

Personal Data We Collect

Through the contact form on this website, we may collect the following categories of personal data: full name, name of organization or community, email address, telephone number, and the content of the message submitted. We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined in Article 3, Section VI of the LFPDPPP. We do not collect financial data, health data, biometric data, or any data that could give rise to discrimination. Workshop attendance records may include names and community affiliation for internal coordination purposes only, and are not shared with third parties.

Purposes of Data Processing

Personal data collected through the contact form is processed for the following primary purposes: responding to inquiries submitted through the form, coordinating workshop sessions with community organizations and municipal authorities, and maintaining internal records of communications for organizational purposes. Secondary purposes, which do not constitute the primary reason for data collection, may include sending informational updates about our educational programs. You may opt out of secondary purposes at any time by contacting us at info@glasrrisumx.com without affecting your ability to receive responses to your inquiry.

Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of personal data submitted through the contact form is based on the consent of the data subject, expressed through the mandatory acceptance of this Privacy Policy prior to form submission. Processing of attendance records related to workshop activities is based on the legitimate interest of Glasrrisum A.C. in fulfilling its educational mission as a non-profit civil association, in accordance with Article 10 of the LFPDPPP. No personal data is processed on the basis of a contractual relationship, as Glasrrisum does not charge for its services and does not enter into commercial agreements with participants.

Data Transfers and Third Parties

Glasrrisum A.C. does not sell, rent, or commercially transfer personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers who assist in the technical operation of this website, including hosting and email delivery services, solely for the purpose of providing those technical services and subject to confidentiality obligations. Such providers act as data processors and are not authorized to use personal data for any independent purpose. In the event that applicable law requires disclosure of personal data to a competent authority, Glasrrisum will comply with such legal obligations. No international transfers of personal data are currently carried out.

Data Retention

Personal data collected through the contact form is retained for the period necessary to respond to the inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for organizational record-keeping, not exceeding three years from the date of collection unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law. Workshop attendance records are retained for the duration of the association's operational activities and may be maintained in anonymized form for longer periods. Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Rights of Data Subjects (ARCO Rights)

In accordance with Articles 22 through 27 of the LFPDPPP, data subjects have the right to: Access their personal data held by Glasrrisum and to know the conditions of its processing; Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data; Cancellation of their personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; and Opposition to the processing of their personal data for specific purposes. To exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request to info@glasrrisumx.com including your full name, a description of the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of an official identification document. We will respond within twenty business days as required by Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.

This website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Necessary cookies are required for the proper functioning of the site and are placed without requiring consent. While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot provide an absolute guarantee of security.
